What to Bring for Your Flyboard Experience
To ensure a safe and enjoyable Flyboard flight, please bring the following items:
- Swim Attire – Everyone (male and female) is required to wear shorts.
- Towel(s) – Bring one or more towels to dry off after your flight.
- Dry Clothes – Pack a dry change of clothes to change into after your flight.
- Liability Statement – You will be required to sign a liability statement and provide a picture ID.
Arrival and Check-In
- Arrive at the lakeshore at least 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time.
- Leave most jewelry at home or in your car, as there will be no secure place on shore to store valuables.
- If you bring sunglasses, a camera, or a phone, ensure someone else holds it for you on shore or lock it up before your flight on the water.
- We can hold your car keys if necessary.
Age, Weight, and Shoe Size Requirements
To fly with us, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a shoe size between Men’s size 6 – 13.
- Weigh no more than 350 pounds.
Safety Equipment
For your safety, you will be required to wear a helmet and life jacket during the flight. We provide sizes from S to XL. If you cannot fit into these sizes, please bring your own.
Impairment and Intoxication
You will NOT be permitted to ride if you are intoxicated or impaired in any way, even if it is from a doctor-prescribed drug. You must sign a statement confirming your sobriety and fitness to participate.
Instructions and Rules
Before your flight, you will receive instructions on what to do and, more importantly, what NOT to do. If you do not follow these instructions and act in a manner that endangers yourself, our employees, or anyone else, the ride will be terminated, and you will be asked to leave without a refund. This is a very safe activity if you follow the instructions.
Weather and Cancellations
- In the case of bad or expected bad weather, please call us that morning for instructions at (407) 484-5125 or (407) 760-2687. Leave a message if we cannot pick up.
- We will make every attempt to call you if there is any reason we will be unable to fly that day – ensure you can be reached at the number you provided during your reservation.
- If we are present and you do not show up or contact us, you will lose 100% of your payment.
- If weather does not permit us to perform as agreed, 100% of your payment will be refunded, or you may rebook at your convenience.
- DO NOT BE LATE, or you may have to forfeit some of your flight time or be squeezed into a later time slot (if available).
Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you speak to someone (not just leave a message) to confirm the cancellation at least 48 hours in advance.
- 50% refund if you cancel between 24 – 48 hours in advance.
- No refunds will be given within 24 hours unless due to a documented medical condition or emergency.
- Contact us with extenuating circumstances, and we will consider them reasonably, but you must understand that when you make a reservation, it prevents another paying customer from being able to fly that day.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please call (407) 484-5125 or (407) 760-2687.
